Order Delivery Time

The delivery process is divided into two parts:

Order verification, tailoring, quality checking, and packaging.
All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer or warehouse for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

2️⃣ Shipping Time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination.

Shipping Methods & Fees

  • Standard Shipping
    Flat Rate USD $6.99 per order.
    Free Shipping for orders over USD $39.

  • Priority Insured Shipping
    Orders are placed at the top of our daily dispatch list.
    Expected delivery time may remain similar to Standard Shipping depending on order volume.


Insurance & Guarantee

  • Insured Shipping:
    If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost once sufficient proof is provided.

  • Priority Insured Shipping:
    Your order receives priority processing and is also fully insured.


Multiple Shipments

Some products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times, as we operate from multiple warehouse locations.


Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are sent via email once the package is shipped.
Please note that it may take 3 – 7 days for tracking information to update.

Possible Delays

For some countries, delivery time may be longer than estimated.
During high-demand periods or due to customs delays, processing and shipping may take additional time.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@Flweg.com.
Once your order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
